Racing Hondas 2025 Cadwell park - Hondas

This was a big weekend for us full of excitement and anticipation . We were coming back in full force with 3 cars on the grid after an incident at Snetterton left our hire car beyond repair . One driver owned car being Jackson White of Jackson White Racing for his first round of the 2025 Racing Hondas Championship but full of experience from civic cup . To complete the line up we had our now two hire car line up. One being driven by Duncan Holloway who after being behind the wheel for the incident at Snetterton had been left feeling like he had unfinished business and signed up for the full 2025 season and one being driven by James Kembrey again here for for his first round of Racing Hondas . Jay is new to racing this year but has many years under his belt of not only track days but being heavily involved behind the scenes in many a paddock over the years .
Race 1 - Jackson experienced some issues with the car under braking but with some savvy driving showing his previous race experience he managed to bring it home . Duncan felt confident in the car after a little fettling with a minor brake issue found on the previous days testing. He went out there and drove a solid race constantly improving his lap times throughout, happy to get the finish in a nice clean effort after the heartbreak of snett 2024. James didn't get the best start but managed to spend the race competing towards the front end which is a great result for your first race !
Race 2 - After Jacksons mechanics team worked hard once back in the paddock to fix the issues Jackson was back out and ready to go with more confidence in the car . After an incident and a race restart Jackson had a trouble free remainder of the race. Duncan had settled into his new car for this race and after a incident caused a race restart Duncan held his own out there putting in consistent lap times showing his development over winter with his race sim . James had a fantastic start to the race restart putting him in P2 and was holding position well but sadly as he made the transition from the chicane to the mountain a front damper snapped and sent the car into the wall !

James car will be repaired over the next week and good to go racing again ! We will next be out on the 26th of May at Donnington Park circuit for the Racing Hondas Championship running within the show JDM JAM .
